Dad Who Died From Cancer Pre-Pays To Send His Daughter Flowers Every Year

A girl in Tennessee named Bailey Sellers lost her dad to cancer when she was 16.  Before he died, he pre-paid to have flowers sent to her on her birthday each year.  On her 21st birthday she realized it was the last letter she would get and she shared it on Twitter. It went viral, getting over 1.5 MILLION likes, and she says he'd be proud to know it touched so many people.
