Jonathan Majors says being in shape is "a lifestyle.”
The “Creed” actor said as as soon as he became part of the "Rocky-verse," he realized he would have to take his preparation to a new level.
He said he knew would have to bring it for the role explaining, "Right now I'm probably four [percent] body fat but also five or six pounds heavier than [when I filmed the movie.] It's a lifestyle. I'm going for overall health. I actively don't show my body [much], I wear big clothes."
