South Carolina Father Won't Be Charged After Twin Toddlers Die In Hot Car

A South Carolina man will not face charges after his twin toddlers died in a hot car.

The 20-month-old boys died Sept. 1st after they were left in the backseat for more than nine hours.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says the man believed he had dropped off his sons at a day care center that morning.

Lott said "The father was under some intense pressure at work that really had his mind somewhere else that day". He called the incident a "horrible, horrible, tragic accident".

Do you agree with not charging the father, even if it was an accident?
