It seems Schlotzsky's last day (in Florence) was Sunday, November 29, 2020.
According to the handwritten sign on the door:
Thank you for your patronage! We are so sorry to announce Sunday November 29, 2020 is our final day of business. Unless you would be interested in owning our restaurant?
However, now there is a new sign on the door:
I visited today, to discover what appeared to be contractors doing work on the Florence Schotzsky's location, in preparation of its reopening.
The local management has not been reached for comment. Story developing.
