Ava DuVernay has expanded her brand into the DC Comics arena.
She is partnering with Jill Blakenship to create the DC Comics series, Naomi based on the DC Comics character Naomi.
Naomi chronicles the story of a teen girl in a small northwest town into a multiverse.
No set date for the series.
