With very little warning, Schlotzsky's Deli closed its Florence location.
It seems Schlotzsky's last day (in Florence) was Sunday, November 29, 2020.
According to the handwritten sign on the door:
Thank you for your patronage! We are so sorry to announce Sunday November 29, 2020 is our final day of business. Unless you would be interested in owning our restaurant?
Further, there was a sign suggesting people reach out the corporate number, to voice their concerns.
