South Carolina's adoption rates slump, pushes for more teens to be adopted


Due to the coronavirus pandemic, adoptions have been delayed, resulting in far fewer adoptions of teens, compared to data of 2019. There have been 355 adoptions in 2020, compared to 576 last year, according to DSS.
