Honda of SC temporarily suspended operations, due to the anticipated declines in demand due to coronavirus, according to a news release.

"Today, Honda of South Carolina is announcing a production adjustment due to an anticipated decline in market demand related to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"HSC will suspend production for seven days beginning Thursday March 26 through Friday April 3, with current plans to resume production on Monday April 6.
"During the production suspension, HSC will continue full pay for all associates.
"In undertaking this production adjustment. Honda is continuing to manage all aspects of its business carefully through a measured approach to sales that aligns production with market demand.
"During this time, HSC will use this opportunity to continue deep cleaning of its production facilities and common areas to further protect associates upon their return."
