Several power outages were reported Thursday, due to Tropical Storm Elsa.

- Dillon County reported 111 outages
- Darlington County reported 252 outages
- Florence County reported 350 outages
- Williamsburg country reported 200 outages
- Sumter 57 outages
- Lake City 2 outages
