A recent study surveying all different types of people to determine the "happiest" people of all has found that women who are unmarried and do not have children are the happiest of all the groups.
Interestingly enough though, if you are a man, men who are married with children are the happiest people for their gender.
Head of research, Dr. Dolan says, "We do have some good longitudinal data following the same people over time, but I am going to do a massive disservice to that academic science and just say: if you are a man, you should probably get married; if you are a woman, don’t bother.”
