We're at the last weekend before Christmas. If you're looking for a fun Christmas activity to do that's relatively inexpensive, and kids love to do, you could make a gingerbread house. You could always buy a kit from the store, but I found a very helpful video online that shows how to make one out of graham crackers and powdered sugar. Of course, the best part about making gingerbread houses is decorating them with candy, or an excuse to buy a lot of candy in different varieties. Better yet, if you have a leftover Halloween candy going stale, this is an awesome way to use it up.
Here's some inspiration for you. Just remember if your house doesn't look as nice as these, it's really the time spent with family making them that matters. Hope you make some happy Christmas memories this weekend!
