We are right in the thick of Pumpkin Spice Latte season. How's your bank account doing? Are you going broke buying too many PSL's? Well, here's a delicious recipe from the folks at Inspired Taste that has gotten great reviews.
Makes 2 Drinks
YOU WILL NEED
2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, or more to taste, see our homemade pumpkin puree recipe
1 to 3 tablespoons sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
1/2 cup strong hot coffee
Whipped cream, for serving

I love that the ingredient list isn't too crazy, and even if you have to buy some of the spices or the pumpkin, you can also use those same ingredients to bake your favorite seasonal treat.
