What the heck are Reese's new mystery shapes?

Reese's cups are widely beloved, they are hands down the most popular candy to hand out at Halloween.

Personally, I'm one of those people that like the holiday shapes even more than the regular cups, especially the egg shapes that come out around Easter. At Halloween they have pumpkin and ghost shapes, and then at Christmas they used to have trees, but apparantly, people weren't happy with the trees. Reese's tried to defend their tree shapes, by calling on people to be politically correct and celebrate all shapes and sizes.

However, after years of ridicule, Reese's decided to come out with their first new holiday shapes in 20 years. There are three different ones, and they are in a holiday themed bag branded "mystery shapes."

Early reviews are saying that these shapes are indeed a mystery. Some are calling them "chocolate blobs." People are pointing. They're laughing.

Me? I don't know what the fuss is about. I don't care what they look like, as long as they have that classic peanut butter/chocolate combo, but since you're wondering, they are clearly a snowman, Santa's face, and a stocking in order from left to right.

Even though I am %1000 right, I don't think I win anything. I don't even think it's a contest. I just think it was Reese's clever way of saying to get off their backs about their shape and enjoy their candy. Honestly, though, isn't that what we all really want?
