Fisher Talked With Future Broadcasters At Francis Marion University

So the other day, I got invited to speak to the Student Media Association at Francis Marion University about the radio industry and mass communication as a whole. It's always a great time to go back and visit my old stomping grounds! I graduated in 2001 from FMU with a degree in Mass Communications, so It was an honor to be able to talk and give some advice to future broadcasters. The students asked some great questions about radio and broadcasting in general. Being there reminded me of how much I enjoyed my experience as a student. I always loved the fact that at FMU you weren't just a "number," you were always treated as an individual and you had a relationship with your professors. So if you're thinking about attending a college or university, definitely keep FMU in mind! Here's a pic of some of the members of SMA with me after I had the pleasure of talking with them. GO PATRIOTS!!
