It's raceweek in Darlington, and that means a ton of new visitors have come to town to enjoy the rubbing and racing at Darlington Raceway. It also means a lot more people are in town than usual, so there will inevitably be longer lines and wait times at our area restaurants, but hopefully we can all have a little patience and enjoy the atmosphere. A Darlington fixture, it's right next to the track and you can't miss it with the race car on the roof, serving simple meat and potatoes kind of food, sure to be busy, and known for their hamburger steaks.

Bizzell's Food & Spirits

Bizzell's is probably a 15 minute drive from the Racetrack in the town of Hartsville, but it's well worth the drive. It's more upscale than the rest of our local picks, the food is delicious, and they are famous for the basket of complimentary muffins that come with your meal.
