87 year old Lamar Neville took his dogs out for a walk in the woods when he stepped into some mud and started sinking. The more he tried to free himself, the deeper he sank down into the mud and found himself stuck up to his knees. His dogs left him in the woods, but not to abandon him-- they went to get help! They ran to a nearby trail and started barking at bikers until someone realized that there was a problem and followed the dog back to Mr. Neville. They called firefighters who managed to free him and he is now okay. The dogs names are Blue and Jax, but we think they should be called heroes!
