The National Weather Service storm survey confirmed that a tornado touched down in Darlington, last night.
According to Ed Piotrowski, a tornado touched down around 6:30PM, near the intersection of Lamar Highway and Country Manor Rd. Wind speeds were estimated between 80-90 mph near Philadelphia Methodist Church.
